MARRIAGE ANNOUNCED.
Miss C. Pearl Bleekman, daughter of N. O. Bleekman of 109 North Allen Street, this city, was married to Horace Clifford Allen of Schenectady Tuesday afternoon. The ceremony was conducted at the bride's home by the Rev. Wallace Marsh.

Miss Alma Becker of Scotia acted as maid of honor. George Williams of Watertown was best man. The bride wore a gown of white crepe trimmed with white Chantilly lace and pearls. She carried a bouquet of bride's roses and lillys of the valley. The maid of honor wore a gown of yellow crepe over pink. She carried a bouquet of pink roses.

After the ceremony a bridal dinner was served at the Bleekman home, 109 North Allen Street. Later Mr. Allen and his bride left on an extended motor trip through the New England states. Upon their return they will make their home in Scotia.

Mr. Allen was graduated from the Clarkson Polytechnic Institute at Potsdam. He is a member of the Lambda Iota fraternity. Miss Bleekman was graduated from the Potsdam Normal School and has been teaching in Catskill for three years. (Published in the Times-Union newspaper, Albany, N. Miss Clara Pearl Bleekman, of Albany, and Horace Clifford Allen of Schenectady, son of Mr. and Mrs. Philetus Allen of Glens Falls, were married Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock in the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. F. Wayland Baily, 109 North Allen Street. The Rev. Wallace Marsh officiated. The home was decorated in yellow and green. The bride wore a gown of white crepe, trimmed with Chantilly lace and pearls and carried bride's roses and lilies of the valley. Miss Alma Becker of Scotia, bridesmaid, wore a frock yellow georgette crepe over pink and carried pink roses. George Williams of Watertown was best man. After a luncheon Mr. and Mrs. Allen left on an eastern trip. They will reside at 74 Washington Avenue, Scotia. The bride was graduated from Potsdam Normal School. She has taught in Catskill for three years. The bridegroom, who was graduated from Clarkson Technology Institute, is a Lambda Iota member. He is connected with the radio engineering department of the General Electric Company, Schenectady.
