Preceded in death by his mother, Willie Mae Moore and two brothers, Leo & Jamie Moore. He leaves to cherish his memories his fiancée, Toya Hawkins, grandmother, Emma Moore, father, Leo Adams, two sons, Tyrone & Tyrell Moore, two brothers, Leo & Dei-Andre Ford, sister, Mechell Ford, and a host of other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service, 1:00 PM, Monday, February 5, 2007 at the McLIN FUNERAL CHAPEL/NORTHERN HILLS, 2801 N. Gettysburg Ave., with Reverend Mary Parker officiating. Interment: West Memory Gardens.
