Johnnie T. Hoffman, 66, of Wellington, died Sunday, April 24, 1994.
Mr. Hoffman was born July 30, 1927 in Durant, OK to Julius and Ethel Hopkins Hoffman. He married Juanita Monroe in May 1980 in Texarkana. He was a truck driver for many years and had been in the lawn care business for the last few years.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita, of the home; a step-son, Allen Story of Wellington, his mother, Ethel Hoffman of Childress; three sisters, Louise Woods of Dumas; Irene Lampkin of Dallas and Carolyn Sheppard of Harrison, AR; three brothers: Ranter Hoffman of Marshall, AR; Robert Hoffman of Springdale, AR and Claudie Hoffman of Childress.
