Jana Kay Clark, age 57, of Kingston, Arkansas, was promoted to Glory Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at her home, after a battle with breast cancer. She was born February 10, 1957, in Oxnard, California, the daughter of Gene and Jean Combs. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Gary Owens; her sister, Beverly Ann Combs; and her brother, Joey Combs.
Jana was a devoted wife, mother, and nana. She was a dedicated member of Crossroads Church in Compton, AR. She was a graduate of Kingston High School. She married Billy Clark June 6, 1975 in Kingston. She worked for Anstaff Bank for over twenty years.
Jana is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Billy Clark, of the home; her son, Brandon Clark, of Kingston, and his children, William, Canton, and Ethan; and her daughters and sons-in-law, April and Stacy Root of Kingston, and their children, Jesse and Zachre Root and Ashlee and Eric Johnson of Compton, Arkansas and their children, Maylee and Gunnar Johnson.
Jana is also survived by her siblings, Sondra Biggs and husband Dick of Camarillo, California, Bonnie Crow of Arizona, Jack Combs of West Fork, Arkansas, Jeffery Combs and wife Alice of Oak Park, California and Jeanine Villines and husband Steve of Compton, Arkansas. Jana also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation is 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, October 31, 2014, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.
Funeral service is 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 1, 2014, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.
Interment is in Plumlee Cemetery.
