An Australian Rules footballer. He split his time in the league between South Melbourne (49 games/50 goals) and Carlton (43 games/75 goals) but won his premierships with Carlton in 1907 and 1908. He was part of the Victorian team which played in the first national carnival in 1908. He also played two first class cricket games for Western Australia.
