Tammy attended school in Lamar County. She graduated with the1993 class of Lamar Comprehensive High School. On February 10, 2001 in Sevier, Tennessee, she was united in holy matrimony with Mr. Dexter L. Wilkerson. To this union two children were born. She provided for her family as a seamstress with the American Mills of Griffin, Georgia with over ten years of service. Tammy was a proud mother and loved family gatherings. She loved traveling and was very outgoing. She loved to fish and was very found of seafood. In 2003, she confessed her life to Christ and joined the West Mount Sinai Baptist Church.
Tammy's memories will be cherished forever in the hearts of her husband, Mr. Dexter L. Wiklerson of Barnesville, Georgia; mother , Ms. Betty Watkins of Milner, Georgia; father Mr. William Taylor, Jr. of Warner Robbins, Georgia; two daughters, Miss B'onca Wilkerson, Miss Tamonica Wilkerson; three sisters, Mrs. Lafavor (Robert) Martin New Orleans, Louisiana; Ms. Jessica Lampkin, Ms. Crystal Powell both of Atlanta, Georgia; four brothers, Mr. Antonio Watkins of Griffin, Georgia; Mr. Autaurs Drewer, Mr. Terrell Cook, Mr. Caderrion Parson all of Milner, Georgia; aunts, , Mrs. Lizzie Mae Williams of Griffin, Georgia ; Mrs. Monteen (Troy) Williams of Barnesville, Georgia; Ms. Gradys Ross of Pensacola, Florida; uncles, Mr. Jerry (Gloria) Watkins of Barnesville, Georgia Mr. Larry (Darlene) Watkins of Milner, Georgia; Mr. Terry Taylor of Florida; devoted friends, Lakisha Jacobs, Valerie Lampkin, Cherry Holmes, Cythia Bridges and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins who will miss her dearly.
