Bernice "Irene" Rush, 86, Indianapolis, IN, a longtime former Martinsville, IN resident, passed from this life on Oct. 26th, 2014. She was born in Marion Co., IN on June 4th, 1928 to the late Cleo P. and Leona (Wilhite) Allison.
She leaves behind her loving family including one son, Bill Rush, Jr. (Rhonda), Indianapolis; grandchildren, Jennifer Christian (Chad), Julie Merrick (Troy), Jill Holbrook (Matt) and Dean Rush (Brittany); great grandchildren, Cevin and Cassie Christian, Evan and Jack Merrick, Ethan and Kate Holbrook and Caroline and Gracie Rush.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William P. Rush, Sr.; one son, Randy Rush; one brother, Paul Allison and one sister, Judy Rose.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service on Saturday, Nov. 1st at 10:30 a.m. at the Gosport Cemetery in Gosport, IN with visitation from 10:00 a.m. at the cemetery.
