Catherine Margaret Bowman, 83, of Nokomis, FL, formerly of Fairfax, VA passed away May 30, 2013. Kitty was born in Washington, DC on February 5, 1930 to Charles and Edith Williams. She volunteered as an usher at the Venice Theater, and also served as an usher at Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Venice. Her first love was always her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Preceded in death by her husband James in 2006, Kitty is survived by her sons Ronald and his wife Shirley of Strasburg, VA & Jerrold and his wife Susan of Ashburn, VA, and grandchildren Andrew Harris of Atlanta, GA, Lauren Bowman of Ashburn, VA, & Alexander Bowman, also of Ashburn, VA. Kitty will be laid to rest in Virginia beside her beloved James. Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel is caring for arrangements.
