Zelma Richardson Smith, 90, widow of Ray Boling Smith, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at her residence.
Interment will follow in the historic Bethany Cemetery.
A life-long resident of Aiken County, Zelma was a daughter of the late James Calvin Richardson, Sr. and Hannah Goodwin Richardson.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Survivors include a daughter, Ann S. (Mark) Humphreville; two sons, Larry (Claudia) Smith and Wayne (Nancy) Smith; four grandchildren, Lesley Griffin, Kelly (Kenny) Odom, Jody (Michelle) Smith, Todd (Jodi) Smith; four great grandchildren, Carver Lee Griffin, Ian Clay Griffin, Madelynn Grace Smith, and Whit Boling Smith.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by four sisters, Esther Richardson Hay, Elsie Richardson Britt, Dorothy Richardson Mulvihill, Helen Richardson Roberts; and four brothers, Frampton Richardson, James Calvin Richardson, Jr., Raymond Hightower Richardson and Lloyd George Richardson.
