Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Hernando Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at a catered reception from 12:00 until service time Saturday. Interment will be in Autumn Woods Cemetery.
Shannon loved singing, fishing, and spending time with his kids.
He is survived by his wife, Stacy Bowen; daughter, Kara Bowen; and son, Marcus Bowen, all of Ocean Springs; stepdaughter, Tiffany Mahan and stepson, Aaron Mahan, both of Alaska; father, Ronnie G. Bowen, Sr. of Southaven; sister, Halonna Bowen of North Carolina; brothers, Ronnie "Chico" Bowen, Jr. of Long Beach, CA, Timothy Rines of Hernando, and J.J. Bowen of North Little Rock, AR; two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Starnes Bowen.
