Jerry Leon Magee, 50, of Magnolia, MS, died on October 26, 2014 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS.
Visitation will be Thursday at Jones Family Funeral Services from 9:00 AM until services at 11:00 AM. Rev. Jerry Gressett will officiate.
Mr. Magee was born on January 25, 1964 in Bogalusa, LA. He was the son of Bill Mitchell and Iris Magee Mitchell.
He was a Dairy Farm worker most of his life and also worked at the Magnolia Transfer Station for the past six years. He was an avid outdoorsman and deer hunter.
Mr. Magee was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include his wife, Alisa "Lee-Lee" Magee of Magnolia; one son, Jacob Martin of Magnolia; two daughters, Cheryl Hope Shook and husband Timothy of Pascagoula, MS and Jerica Magee of Magnolia; one brother, Michael Wayne Mitchell and wife Dauwanna of Brookhaven; two sisters, Dianne M. Langham and husband Keith of Kentwood, LA and Tammy Mitchell of Jackson, MS; a very special sister-in-law, Dianne Smith; two grandchildren, Sonny Todd and Braylen Jerrod Magee.
