Robbie Mae Winn Earp Intlehouse ("Muggins"), 72 years young, went to be with our Father in Heaven, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, August 21, 2010. Robbie was born in St. Joseph's Hospital in Houston, TX on Nov 16 1937 to Ogaretta Perkins and Walter Winn. She blessed the residents of Deer Park, TX at her time of passing; but she also touched the lives of many people in San Leon and Pasadena TX, as well as abroad. Robbie was preceded in death by her children's father, Joe Allen Earp in 1977; widowed from her husband of 29 yrs, Roger Andrew Intlehouse in 2004; and her son, Rodney Earl Earp in 2006. She leaves behind one daughter, Shelley Diane Earp Frazier and one son, James Allen Earp. Robbie also had five grandchildren: Troy and Cory Frazier; Brandi Earp Lucas; Emily Earp and Jake Allen Earp; and three great grandchildren. Robbie shared her life with two surviving sisters, Loyce Castro Brittain and Judy Annette Schiro of Houston TX. In addition, she loved and was loved by numerous extended family members and friends and strangers. Robbie retired from a sales profession in 1998. Her professional achievements included advertising sales for the Deer Park Broadcaster. Robbie was a gifted/talented artist and was voted "Volunteer of the Year" for Deer Park in 2008. She devoted a majority of her retired life to charitable and community volunteer efforts, and was an avid supporter of US veterans, TX Police Patrolman's Union, Purple Heart and the Salvation Army, etc. Robbie enhanced the lives of many people by her compassionate, giving, loving nature. She loved life even though she endured many hardships and tragic situations. She taught her loved ones how they could be a Fisherman, as well as a Fisher of Men. She lived a colorful, energetic, joyful life on her terms, praying always for God's direction and guidance. Viewing will be held at Deer Park Funeral Home on Tuesday, Aug 24, 2010 any time between 6-8pm. Services will be held at the same location in Deer Park on Wed, Aug 25 at 11am. Burial will be at Forest Park East, Houston TX on the same day, following the service at 12:30pm. Deer Park TX Funeral Home
