Effie Holbrook, 83, of Lynchburg OH, died April 27, 1973 at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington OH. She was born in KY on October 8, 1889, the daughter of Lewis Williams and Alpha Skaggs Williams. She is survived by husband Herbert; sons, Lloyd W. Holbrook and Laverne Holbrook, both of Lynchburg; sister, Mrs. Elizabeth French of Flatwood KY; brother, John M. Williams of Hillsboro OH; half-brothers, George Williams of South Shore KY and Euclid Williams of Easley SC; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren
