BRUCE – James Michael Hardin, 29, died Monday, June 18, 2001, at the Grenada Lake Medical Center in Grenada. He was born Feb. 3, 1972, in Oxford to James Clifton Hardin and Carol Dean Winter Hardin. He was a 1990 graduate of Bruce High School and an employee of Moore Logging. He attended Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel of Bruce with the Rev. Dale Carson, the Rev. Danny Spratling and the Rev. Junior Ritchie officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Bruce.
Survivors include his parents, James and Carol Winter Hardin of Bruce; a sister, Emily Carol Hardin Henry of Bruce; his grandmother, Willie Pearl Winter of Bruce; a niece, Madison Cox.
Pallbearers will be Scott Hardin, Richard Hardin, John Easley, Patrick Easley, Johnny Moore, Jason Aron, Joe Aron and Marty Grist.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby D. Winter, Jimmy R. Winter, John Hardin, Wayne Hardin and Tom Earl Hardin.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home.
