Mrs. Morgan passed away Friday, October 24, 2014 in Tyler.
She was born September 26, 1925 in Gatesville, Texas, to Owen J. and Rosie Dossey Sharp.
Sarah was a member of First Baptist Church, Frankston, and also a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxillary. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed her time with them.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Charlie Patterson and Jim Morgan; and two brothers, Marvin and Toney Sharp.
Survivors include her son, Paul Patterson, Frankston; daughters, Jennifer Whitley and husband, John; and Virginia Stewart and husband, John, all of Frankston; brother, George Sharp and wife Shirley, of Nugent; six grandchildren, Kyle Derzern and wife Sarah, Jake Dezern and wife Jessica, Sarah Richard and husband Jacob, Brandi Molone and husband Jason, Stacy Rains and husband Rodney and Steven Whitley; eight great-grandchildren and numberous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Dezern, Rodney Rains, Jake Dezern, Jason Malone, Steven Whitley, John Whitley and Isaac Richard.
Visitation will begin on Monday, October 27, 2014 with family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. at Autry Funeral Home in Frankston.
