George F. Arrel was a prominent attorney and judge in Mahoning County. He had been a classmate of Wm. McKinley at the Albany Law School and gave the McKinley Day address there on January 29, 1912. In 1914 he donated a large Tiffany stained glass window to the Poland Presbyterian Church In honor. Of his grandfather, John Arrel, and the Arrel family.
