Randy Joe Wells was born in Rockville on January 4, 1990, he was the son of Richard C. and Nancy Scheuch Wells, of Frederick.

Randy was working as a Community Based Therapist In providence, RI. He was a graduate of Linganore High School class of 2008 and while in high school he played Lacrosse for four years. He followed many other sports such as, baseball, basketball, soccer and football.

Randy enjoyed music, playing several instruments and he loved to travel. Other great passions were photography and cars (especially Volkswagens). He enjoyed skiing every chance he had in life. Randy started riding horses at the age of 2 and was quite an accomplished rider as well as an instructor. He helped for several years with a riding camp held at his family's farm and with the therapy for people with fears of large animals. Randy also enjoyed cooking and worked in several local restaurants.

In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother and a sister. Randy Wells passed away on October 22, 2014, he was 24 years of age.
