Kelly Kay Elumbaugh, 40, of Newark, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014, in Newark.
She was born December 3, 1973, in Batesville, Arkansas, to Bill Elumbaugh and Vickie Milligan Elumbaugh.
She was a beautician and enjoyed listening to music. Kelly loved being a mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her parents of Batesville; her boyfriend, Joey Gould of Newark; two sons, Tommy Reed and his wife, Christian, of Batesville, and Joey Gould JR., of Bradford; one daughter, Whitney Creekmore and her husband, Dalton, of Newark; one brother, Todd Elumbaugh of Batesville; three grand-children, Kaydence Reed, Ellaina Underwood and Paigelynne Creekmore.
She is preceded in death by her second husband, Jerry Mansfield.
Services were at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel. Interment was in the Egner Cemetery at Salado.
