Mrs. Louisa Abell Passed away Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence of Mrs. Mary White, 713 Elm street, apoplexy supervening after a gradual decline in health dating back more than a year. She was the Widow of E. L. Abell and an aunt of Charles W. Bradley, of this City, E.G. Bradley, of Milwaukee, Mrs. A.H. Sherratt of Chicago, and Mrs. Frank McKinney, of Tropico, Cal. Also surviving are two other nieces and two nephews. Mrs. Abell was born in Haverhill Mass., seventy-three years ago and came to Rockford with her sister, Mrs. George Bradley, more than Sixty years ago. She was an attendant at the Church of The Christian Union. Funeral Services will be held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home of Mrs. White, 713 Elm street. Rev. Charles Parker Connolly officiating and interment will be in the west side cemetery
