MORIAH, N.Y. - Marjorie E. (Helms) McKown, age 77, of the Furnace Road in Moriah, passed away on Monday, February 13th 1995 at the Fletcher Allen Health Center in Burlington, Vt.
She was born on October 6th 1917 in Moriah, N.Y., she was the daughter of Perley and Maria (Laing) Helms.
Her husband; Thomas E. McKown, predeceased her on September 17th 1986.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Church in Mineville.
Burial will be at a later date at the St. Patrick's Cemetery in Moriah, N.Y.
