PETERSTOWN, WV – Ellen Carper Miller Long, 98 of Peterstown, WV passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Country View Assisted Living, Peterstown, WV. Born August 2, 1916 at Cashmere, WV she was the daughter of the late Charles Hampton and Stella Blanche Weaver Carper. Ellen was a homemaker and a member of the Ballard First Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Miller and her second husband Bernard Long, son, Raymond Miller and two brothers, Junior and Richard Carper.
