Dorothy Burritt, 84, 2511 S. Osprey Ave., Sarasota, died Friday (Feb. 6, 1981) at a local nursing home.
Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Alvin H. and Nettie (Garland) Nichols, she came to Sarasota 30 years ago from Bloomington, Ill.
She was a member of St. Boniface Episcopal Church.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Thomas D. (Barbara) Milne of Marietta, Ga.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at St. Boniface Episcopal Church with the Rev. David E. Johnson officiating.
Interment will be in Sarasota Memorial Park.
Toale Brothers Colonial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Society.
