Barbara was born on August 1, 1937 in Karnes City, Texas to parents James and Mary (Crawford) Bingham and entered into eternal rest on August 13, 2014. Barbara enjoyed playing card and dominoes. She was a member of Legendary Baptist Church. Barbara was a very loving and caring lady who will be missed by all who knew her.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Parr in 2003, son Robert Lynn Garner and brother James Robert Bingham.
She is survived by her sons; Rodney Garner and wife Mary of Gun Barrel City, Danny Glynn Garner of Houma, LA, Charles Wayne Garner of Houma, LA, 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, brother Roland Darrel Bingham and wife Margie of Lawrenceville, GA, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members and many more friends
