FORSYTH - Maggie Leona Ivey, age 82, died Saturday, December 13, 2003.
Funeral services will be 11A.M., Tuesday, December 16, 2003 at Rocky Creek Baptist Church. Dr. I. W. Bowen will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Ivey was a homemaker and a member of Good Hope Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was the daughter of the late Willie Benjamin McGaha and Lula Bell Smith McGaha.
Her husband, Estee Ivey predeceased her in death.
Mrs. Ivey is survived by her children, Larry Estee Ivey of Gainesville, Patsy Carol Gunter of Lawrenceville, Connie Estelle Smith of Forsyth and Sandra Elizabeth Cobb of Bolingbroke; sister, Margaret Burford of Griffin; brother, Willie James Mc Gaha of Forsyth; Eight grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
The family will greet friends from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M, Monday December 15, 2003 at the funeral home.
Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
