Jacob M. Urban, 81, 209 E. 17th, died Tuesday morning at St. Anthony Hospital in Hays.
He is survived by his wife, Agnes; two sons, Clarence of Hays and Alfred of Ellis; four daughters, Mrs. Wilfred (Josephine) Herman, Garden City, Mrs. Fred (Florence) Hertel, Hays, Mrs. Lavina Dreiling, Hays, and Mrs. Lawrence (Norma) Dreiling, Antonino; fifteen grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one son, Alvin in 1972.
Family and friends may call at Brock’s North Hill Chapel here from 8 p.m. Tuesday until srevice time at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph’s Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. A parish wake service will be held at Brock’s at 8 p.m. Thursday.
