Roger Wayne (Doc) Simper of Cedar City passed away at age 61 on March 11, 2009. Roger served in the U.S. Army and worked for Social Security Administration. He is survived by his son Erik Roger Simper (Jodi), three grandsons, and his sister Pamela Simper Goff. A graveside service for Roger will be held on Monday, March 16, 2009 at 12:00 at Larkin Sunset Gardens located 1905 East 10600 South, Sandy, Utah.
