Thanks to another researcher, Dona Mooring, we have 2 obituaries and information on his marriage.

Clifford was born 12 Aug 1922 to Paul Dessieux and his wife Leora. He was born and died in New Mexico, because his family had business (mining is mentioned) interests and lived there for a while His father served one term in the New Mexico legislature in 1925. Shortly after that the family moved back to Linn and Clifford spent most of the rest of his life in Linn - with occasional visits to New Mexico.

Clifford served in WWII as a 1st LT in the US Air Force. During that time he married Lola Frances Hartman in Linn, MO, on 2 Mar 1943. The obituaries identify 2 daughters: Sheila and Mary Jo.

He died in a tragic accident during a visit to New Mexico when a caterpillar tractor that he was operating tipped over and pinned him underneath.
