She was a homemaker and member of Plum Springs Baptist Church in Bowling Green. She was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Fred Rowe IV; mother Betty Fields Johnson; step-father Lowell Johnson; and former father-in-law, Fred Rowe III.
Survivors include her son, Fred (Jacqueline) Rowe of Bowling Green; daughter Sarah (Rodger) Light of Bowling Green; step-son James Duncan, Jr. of Bowling Green; grandchildren Aubree and Carter Light; sister Terri Samuels of Franklin, KY; and former mother-in-law, Shirley Rowe of Greenville.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 25, 2014, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Robert Tarrence officiating. Burial in Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8PM at the funeral home.
