Theresa was born on May 27, 1959 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and passed away on October 20, 2014 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
She is survived by two daughters, her mother, four grandchildren, one aunt, three uncles and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father Manuel Alexander, one sister Lycleda and brother Manuel Allen.
Visitation will be on Friday from Noon to 6:00 pm at Biglow Funeral Home-Muskogee Chapel.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Haskell. Rev. Anthony Folks will officiate. Interment will be at Haskell Cemetery, Haskell Oklahoma.
