Patricia Hanvey Smith, 81, of Seneca, widow of the Bill Smith, Jr., was the daughter of Samuel R. B. Hanvey and Mary Pauline Price Hanvey. She was a seamstress at Rhonda’s Fashions, and attended Walhalla Wesleyan Church.
Mrs. Smith is survived by a daughter: Kim Barnes of Toccoa; brothers: Billy Hanvey and George Hanvey, both of Walhalla; sisters: Carolyn Pearson of Walhalla and Gail Keaton of Anderson; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Smith was predeceased by a granddaughter: Michelle Coats; great granddaughter: Saya Rose Coats; and many brothers and sisters.
