Chris was born in Murray, Utah on May 14, 1966.
He is survived by his father, Bert Christensen; children, Landon, Levi, and Mariah; and siblings, Nathan Christensen (Lacey), Justin Christensen (Amy), Kami Smith (David), and Kaussi Malmstrom (Sean). He is preceded in death by his mother, Pamela M. Christensen, and his brother, Tracy Lynn Christensen.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Ridgedale Ward Chapel, 3400 South 1100 East, Millcreek Township. Friends and family may attend viewing prior to the services at 9:30 a.m.
Internment at Elysian Burial Gardens Cemetery.
