Mrs. Cook was a member of St. Andrews Assembly of God Church in Panama City, Fla., and was a day care director at Gymnastics Plus.
She is survived by her husband, Jess Cook of Fountain, Fla.; one son, Chris Cook of Fountain, Fla.; one daughter Jessica Cook of Fountain, Fla.; five grandchildren, Christian Cook, Jackson Cook, Landon Cook, Cameron Cook and Ethan Cook; her mother, Barbara Chapman of Donalsonville, Ga.; two sisters, Natasha Wells of Donalsonville, Ga., and Traci Rutland of Bainbridge, Ga.; one brother, Troy Giovengo of Stuart, Fla.; mother-in-law, Costella Cook of Colquitt, Ga.; and three Godchildren, Chase Rudolph, Brandon Vinta, and Julie Vinta. Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her father, Paul Giovengo.
