Daughter of Carl Edward and Beatrice (Pittman) Wallace. Loving mother of two sons, Charles Edward and George Robert, and one daughter, Susan Kimberly. Also leaves behind several grand children, great-grand children, step-grand children, and step-great grand children. She was a seamstress and mother for many, adventurous, friendly and neighborly. Joann worked and retired from Litton Industries in Springfield, Missouri.
She is preceded in death by her parents Carl E and Beatrice Wallace; ex-husband and exceptional friend Howard Spicer; a sister Jean Guggisburg; a brother Carl Jr. Wallace; a daughter Karen Spicer; and a daughter-in-law Judy Spicer.
