THOMAS, Beulah Hignite, age 86. Born October 28, 1927 in Jackson County, Kentucky. Daughter of Jasper and Susie Lakes Hignite. Survived by her loving husband of 64 years, David Ivan Thomas, who faithfully cared for her. Also survived by Karen (Tim) Bryan and their children Annette (Roland) Molina and Rebecca (Paul) Morris; Linda (Gregg) Trebnick and their children Aaron (Carla) Trebnick, Amy (Steve) Beeley, April Trebnick; David Lynn (Brenda) Thomas and their children Jodie Thomas, Denise (Phil) Horn, David Bradley (Chelsea) Thomas. Also Survived by 8 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by two sisters who died in infancy, Nellie and Louise. Survived by siblings Roy Edward (Bobbie Jean) Hignite and Imogene Hignite Morgan. Beulah was a member of Westwood and Far Hills Baptist Churches where she was a Bible teacher for many years and most recently First Baptist Church of Kettering. She was a realtor in the South Dayton Area with Jim Peth Realty, Gateway Realty and Beulah Thomas Realty and was a member of the Ethics Committee for the Dayton Area Board of Realtors winning many local and state awards for top sales. Friends may call from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Kettering, 3939 Swigart Rd., Beavercreek, OH 45440, with the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Dr. Kenny Mahanes officiating.
