The funeral of Mrs. Elizabeth M. Sprigg, who died last Monday, will take place this morning at St. John's Church, Waverly, at 11:45 o'clock. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Arthur C. Powell. The pallbearers will be Col. Victor H. Bridgeman, Harry F. F. Bordley, Alexander Cockey, James S. Murray, Charles C. Morton and William N. Laws.

Mrs. Sprigg was the widow of George H. Sprigg, for 30 years cashier of the York National Bank. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. William Dallam Morgan, wife of the rector of St. John's Church, Waverly.
