Edwarad Lewis Tulloh, Jr. 73, of 1802 Hatchett Road, Yanceyville, N. C. died Sunday December 3, 2000 at Danville Regional Medical Center, Danville, VA.

Mr. Tulloh was born July 8, 1927 in South Boston, VA, the son of Edward Lewis Tulloh and Lillian Carter Tulloh.

He was retired from Pilot Life Insurance Company, after 27 years of service, served in the United States Navy, was a member and Elder of Yanceyville Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine Daniel Tulloh of the home, they had celebrated their 50th "Golden" anniversary on November 23, 2000.

In addition to his wife of the home survivors includes two daughters, Nancy Ellen Courville of Sutton Massachusetts and Carolyn Elizabeth Kuchel of Fairfax, VA; one son Daniel Tulloh of Fredericksburg, VA. One Sister, Mary Ellen Williams of Amelia, VA. and nine grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday at Yanceyville,Presbyterian Church by Rev. Marie Reid. Interment will be in the Highland Burial Park, Danville, VA.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 - 8:30 pm at Marley Funeral Home Yanceyville, NC At other times the family will be at the residence on Hatchett Road.
