HOLDREGE — Maxine Katherine Miller, 97, of Oxford died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014, at Holdrege Memorial Homes.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Evangelical Free Church in Oxford with the Rev. Wes Holen officiating. Private family burial will be at Oxford Cemetery before the memorial service. Mitchell-Nelson-Bauer Funeral Home in Oxford is in charge of arrangements.
She was born July 31, 1917, near Cambridge in Red Willow County to John C. and Louise (Kuhlman) Dietz.
On Aug. 3, 1949, she married Claude “Jarvis” Miller in Holdrege. He died May 30, 2005.
Survivors include her children, Scott Miller Sr. of Delta, Colo., Kathy Marks of Lincoln and Kristi Fortney of Springfield, Mo.; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
