Violet Dunn, 92, of Connersville, Ind., formerly of Carroll County, died Thursday, July 27, at the Fayette Memorial Hospital in Connersville.
She was born on Jan. 27, 1903, in Trimble County, the daughter of Charles and Florence Hyatt Dolby. She was a homemaker, and attended the Hopewell United Methodist Church when she lived in Carroll County.
Surviving are one half sister, Virginia Hendricks of Carrollton; one half brother, Morty Doby of Carroll County; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Chester Dunn; one daughter, Florence Adams; one sister and one brother.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. EDT Saturday at the Moffett Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
The Wood-Oakley Funeral Home in Milton is in charge of arrangements.
