Mrs. Shaw died Wednesday
morning of last week at White
County Memorial Hospital.
A resident of Jefferson
Township, she had been ill five
years.
Born in Pulaski County March
20, 1907, she was the daughter of
John and Minnie Henning
Hoover.
She was married in 1929 to
Harry Shaw, Sr., who died in
1966.
A former employee of White
County Memorial Hospital and
St. Joseph Hospital, Logansport
she was a member of Our Lady of
the Lakes Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sons,
Harry, Jr., Urbana, Ill., and
John, Rt. 2, Monticello, one
daughter, Mrs. Phyllis Wasson,
Rt. 2, Monticello; two brothers,
Glen, Logansport, and Walter,
Indianapolis, three sisters, Mrs.
Leona Jones, Logansport; Mrs.
Christina Wakeman, Miami,
Fla., and Mrs. Sylvia Houser,
Fort Wayne; and nine grandchildren.
Three brothers and one
sister preceded her in death.
