Mrs. Hazel Attended Davis Hill Church of God; she loved to garden, cook for her family; she enjoyed collecting what-knots, and spending time with her family and friends.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband; Artie Stephens whom passed away December 24, 2000, three sons; Sherman, William "Doc", and Ernest Mitchell Stephens, two brothers; James Daniel Litton, and Bobby Litton, three sisters; Linda Beagle, Goldie Norman, and Mary Ruth McGrath.
She is survived by two sons; Hansford Stephens of Pine Knot, Kentucky and Lansford and Linda Stephens of Pine Knot, Kentucky, five brothers; Junior and Jean Litton, Clarence and Helen Litton, Roy Rogers Litton , Charles and Sylvia Litton, Lewis "AZ" and Brenda Litton all of Cleveland, Ohio, two sisters; Shirley and Willie Marlow of Manchester, Kentucky and Sally Brown of Cleveland, Ohio, nine grand children and several great and great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews left to miss her and mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Hazel Geneva Stephens will be conducted Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the Davis Hill Church of God, with Bro. Clay Cook officiating; Burial will follow in the Hayes Creek Cemetery.
