Evan C. Davis of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, age 74, died Saturday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. William Smith of 36 Carbon Lane, Wilkes-Barre. Mr. Davis immigrated from Wales about 50 yrs. ago.
Funeral will be held at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Arthur Davis. Burial will be in Nanticoke Cemetery, Nanticoke, PA.
Surviving him are his children, Mrs. William Smith, Mrs. William Price, Mrs. Arthur Davis, all of Wilkes-Barre; Mrs. John Upton, Plymouth, PA and Miss Lillian Davis, New York City, NY; also a brother and sister in Wales.
