Randy Welch was the second born child of his parents Obie Lanson Welch & Mary Agnes Faas.
He lived most of his life in Hemet, CA. He was chosen to play one of the Indian's in the Hemet Pageant. He was an accomplished drummer and could sell you anything even if you didn't want it. He had a wonderful sense of humor and could easily entertain the president of the United States if he had a mind to.
