I found a burial record from the church!!! Her name is spelled Huleatt!
It wasn't exactly a common name and now I'm certain I've found my Annie.

I believe there is a strong possibility that Annie's name was actually Annie Huleatt. The newspaper printed the name Annie Hewlett, but did not list any relative's names. Given that Annie Huleatt was also a 17 year old in 1902 and never appeared in a census record after 1900.
It does list that Annie had a sister (and my Annie had been living with her sister Bertha.) so until such time as I can tell if they are the same girl or different, I'm leaving this in the bio.
Also to note, Annie Huleatt's sister Carrie Woosman is buried in this very cemetery.
