William Allison, 78, Madison, O., died at his home on Sunday after an extended illness. He had resided in Madison for 14 years.
Born in East Liverpool, O., Nov. 8, 1881, he was a son of James and Martha Welsh Allison. His wife, Arleene Dennis Allison, died in 1951.
Mr. Allison attended the Congregational Church of Madison.
He leaves one daughter, Mrs. Alfred (Kathryn) Pearson, New Castle; one brother, Harry Allison, Bethany, W. Va.
Friends will be received at the Leyde - Tanner Mortuary, Highland at Winter, Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p. m.
Services will be held in the Mortuary on Wednesday at 2 p. m. with Rev. Douglas Miller in charge. Interment will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
