Farley, Macie, 93, of Paden City, WV died Tuesday, June 10, 2008 in New Martinsville Health Care Center. Macie was born August 29, 1914 in Big Ugly, WV in Logan County. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Tasney Plumley Skeens. She was a Ranger who watched for and called in forest fires in the state of Florida and a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew Lloyd Farley; two sons, Gene Farley and an infant; two sisters, Gracie Lambert and DeVeta Farley. Surviving are one son; five sisters; eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends received 7-9 p.m., Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at Jarvis Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV where services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday with Morris Hafley officiating. Interment in Northview Cemetery.
