Sylvia Watts Frazier, age 81 years entered her new home in heaven on Sunday, October 5, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents the late Victoria Jones Watts and Philip A. Watts, Sr. Loving wife of the late Mitchell Frazier, Jr. Cherished mother of Debra A. Frazier, Donna F. (Jesse) Morgan, Cheryl F. (Jerome) Morning, Michele F. Picou and Darrell Frazier, also survived by four grandchildren, Nikeishia M. (Anthony) Washington, Chantell M. (Iran) Farinas, Christina Morgan and Eric W. Picou, Jr., one great-grandson, Iran A. Farinas and her sister, Jocelyn W. (George) Dugue’, brother Philip A. (Janice) Watts, Jr., and sister in law Josephine (the late Thordore) Lesassier, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was a native of New Orleans and a retired cafeteria baker at Holy Rosary Catholic School.
