Weirsdale - Clarence Mitchell Holly, 73, passed away on October 13, 2014 at Tuscany House in Summerfield, FL.
Clarence was born on November 21, 1940 to C.A. and Joanna (McDonald) Holly in Weirsdale, FL.
He served in the National Guard and was a American through and through. He also worked as a mechanical engineer.
He served First Baptist and enjoyed doing so for many years. He enjoyed horse back riding, boating and maintaining the family homestead. He enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest.
He is survived by his son, David M. Holly and daughter, Michelle (Holly) Benton and son in law Tim Benton all of Weirsdale, FL; brother Jerry Holly; sister Irma Platt and grandchildren, Austin, Payton, Chandler and Halle.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, October 17, 2014 at First Baptist Church, 13725 S.E. 164th Street, Weirsdale with Rev. Ron Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Weirsdale.
