Jean Reynolds, 76, Morningside Assisted Living, died at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 2014, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home with the Rev. Nate Quarcelino officiating.

Burial will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Hughart and Beard Funeral Home in Hopkinsville is in charge of arrangements.

A native of Pembroke, she was born Feb. 3, 1938, the daughter of the late Charles Erba and Laura Belle Smith Capps. She was retired from work in insurance claims and as a bookkeeper clerk for Dr. Rao Velega.

She was a member of Pembroke Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Dick" Reynolds in 2003,

Survivors include her son, Andy (Eva) Reynolds, Danville; her daughter, Mrs. D.M. (Jill Reynolds) Sivells II, Hopkinsville; her brother, John (Linda) Capps, Huntsville, Ala., and three grandchildren.
