She worked for Halmode Apparel for over 30 years. She loved her work and the people she worked with. She loved her church and Jesus, Oakland Baptist Church was the only church she ever attended as a little girl.
She is survived by her husband, Stanley Alls; a son Forrest E. Bratton; sister, Eleanor Caldwell; niece and nephew, Shirley and Beverly Fitzpatrick Jr., along with a number of other nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and a very special friend, Sandy Chewning. Nina had a great love for people and animals.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. on Friday, October 17, 2014 at Oakey’s North Chapel, with the Rev. Kelly Dampeer and the Rev. Scotty Carpenter officiating. The interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens
