LOS ANGELES — Franklin Horrocks Rolapp, 86, Encino, Calif., died in a Los Angeles hospital July 31, 1975, of causes incident to age.

Born Oct. 9, 1888, Ogden, to Henry H. and Martha Horrocks Rolapp. Married Louise Thatcher Oct. 18, 1911, Logan LDS Temple. Member Alta Club, Salt Lake Country Club; served LDS mission to Germany; owner Royal Coal Co.

Survivors: wife; sons, Thatcher, Lacanda, Calif., Ralph, Beverly Hills, Calif.; Edgar, Northridge, Calif., 12 grandchildren; 13 great- grandchildren; brother, sister, Walter, Mrs. Mable Ballif, both Los
Angeles.

Funeral Tuesday 10 a.m., Pierce Brothers Mortuary, North Hollywood, Calif. Burial, Valhalla Cemetery, North Hollywood.
